We are delighted to congratulate the Chair of our Board of Trustees, Myfanwy Tothill, for the honour she has received today, as a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM).
 
Over the past 30 years (22 as Chair) Myfanwy has put her heart and soul into fulfilling the roles of Trustee and Chair of LeatherHead Start, leading the extraordinary transformation of our organisation with patience and diligence. 
 
She has led this unique service to homeless people in Surrey, as a volunteer motivated entirely by care for and empathy with people who find themselves homeless and who are some of the most marginalised, most vulnerable people in society.
